The Intermittent Rotary Tube Furnace (Model: KJ-TX1100-S120-240-120LK3W) is a precision-engineered thermal processing system designed for controlled material synthesis and treatment. It features a high-purity quartz tube (120-240-120mm outer diameter) and an external resistance wire heating element, delivering a maximum operating temperature of 1100°C (1000°C continuous). The system is divided into 4 temperature zones (500mm each) along a 2000mm heating length, ensuring uniform heat distribution. Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen control interface, it offers precise regulation of temperature, heating rate (0-10°C/min), and rotational speed (3-6 r/min). The furnace incorporates mechanical seals at both ends, a 2-way mass flow meter (N₂, SO₂), and environmental alarms (SO₂, H₂S) for safe operation. Its IoT-enabled electrical control system allows remote monitoring and adjustment of key parameters, while the 316L stainless steel receiving bin (10L) ensures product integrity.
